Job Type: Full-time
What You'll Do:
• Provide technical support On-site/Remote on project basis
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution, Documentation and Reporting
• Customer Training and Guidance, Installation and Configuration Support
• Product Testing and provide feedback
• Coordinate with the project team
• Coordinate with vendors and senior engineers for hardware/software issues
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience as support engineer, preferably in Broadcasting or relevant sector (fresh graduates with strong potential are highly encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, and Windows OS
• Willingness to learn broadcasting equipment and newsroom systems
• 24/7 support ability (On-site/Remote)
• Can complete a job within a given time frame.
