On International Women's Day 2023, , Miss Olivia Higgins, would like to share this to remind ourself and also all our fans and friends that this platform stand for women empowerment, and this campaign helps to remind us that we should all work towards creating a more just and equitable world for all by understanding the difference between equity and equality, and advocating for policies and programs that promote gender equity and equality.

While the terms equity and equality are sometimes used interchangeably, they have different meanings and implications.

Equality means treating everyone the same regardless of their individual differences or circumstances.

Equity, on the other hand, acknowledges that different people have different needs and circumstances, and that treating everyone the same may not result in fair outcomes. It involves recognizing and addressing these differences in order to create more equal opportunities and outcomes.

The campaign for gender equity and equality involves initiatives such as policies and programs that address pay disparities, promote women's leadership and representation, and provide resources and support for women who face discrimination or other challenges.
