Phra Kong, made of clay, year 2500, was created by Luang Por Kuay, Wat Kositaram, Chai Nat Province during the middle of the Buddhist era. This amulet has similar characteristics to Phra Kong Lamphun, and is considered one of the first amulets created by Luang Por Kuay, using a mixture of sacred materials.
Materials used in its creation:
• 5 types of magical powder: according to the textbook of Somdej Phutthachan To, Wat Rakhang Kositaram, whom Luang Por Kuay highly respected.
• Old powder from Phra Somdej Wat Rakhang: received from Dr. Chaliao Dechma's brother, who used to live at Wat Rakhang.
• Jindamani powder from Luang Por Im and powder from Luang Por Derm: to increase sacredness and cover all aspects of the Buddha's virtues.
• 108 types of pollen and herbal powder: obtained from various sacred plants. With the power according to the ancient texts
Consecration:
Luang Por Kuay consecrated the clay Phra Kong with the Chinnabanchon mantra, which is an important mantra that invites the power of the Lord Buddha and all the Arahants to reside in the amulet. In addition, he also invited the power of Somdej Phutthachan To to join in the consecration.
