Dali, Yunnan, China မှာနောက်မသွားမဖြစ်သွားရမှာကတော့ Er Hai Lakeဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဘာလို့ Er Hai လို့ခေါ်လည်းဆိုတော့ အဲဒီမြစ်က နားရွက်ပုံစံနဲ့တူလို့ပါ။ Erhai မှာ ရေထဲမှာသစ်ပင်အကြီးကြီးတွေ အလိုအလျောက်ပေါက်နေသာကိုတွေ့ရပါမယ်။ တချို့တွေက စက်ဘီးနဲ့ ပတ်ကြပါတယ်။ တချို့တွေကလည်း costume တွေ photograher နဲ့ ဓာတ်ပုံလာရိုက်ကြပါတယ်။ Dali ရဲ့ tradition တစ်ခုဖြစ်တဲ့ ပန်း အဝိုင်းလေးတွေကိုခေါင်းပေါ်မှာ ပန်ထားသာကိုလည်း Er Hai မှာဝယ်လို့ရပါတယ်။ Cafe တွေလည်း အများကြီးရှိလို့ Cafe Hopping လည်းလုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်။

Butterfly Spring Park ကတော့ Dali, Yunnan, China မှာအချိန်ရှိရင်သွား လည်ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

🦋 သမိုင်းနဲ့ ကဗျာဆန်တဲ့ ဒဏ္ဍာရီ

Butterfly Spring Park ကချစ်စရာ ပုံပြင်တစ်ပုဒ်နဲ့ ဆက်စပ်ပြီး ထင်ရှားသွားပါတယ်။ မိန်းမတစ်ဦးနဲ့ အမျိုးသားတစ်ဦးတို့ ချစ်ကြမိပေမယ့် အဲဒီချစ်ခြင်းကို မိသားစုနဲ့ အခြားအကြောင်းအရာတွေကြောင့် ခွင့်မပြုခဲ့ကြပါဘူး။ အဆုံးမှာ သူတို့နှစ်ဦးအတူတူ လုံးဝအဆုံးသတ်ကြပြီး နေရာပေါ်မှာ တောင်တက်ပေါ်သို့ တပေါင်းတည်း ဖြစ်သွားတဲ့ လိပ်ပြာနှစ်ကောင် ဖြစ်လာတယ်လို့ ဆိုကြပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအချိန်ကစပြီး တချိန်တည်းတည်းမှာ လိပ်ပြာများစုအထပ်ထပ် လှည့်ပတ်လာတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ယုံကြည်ချက်ကြောင့် ဒီနာမည်ကို “Butterfly Spring Park” လို့ ခေါ်တယ်လို့ ပြောကြပါတယ်။ Butterfly spring park ထဲမှာ butterfly museum နဲ့ ရေပြာအိုင်လည်းရှိပါတယ်။

Butterfly Spring Park နွေရာသီ အထူးသဖြင့် ဧပြီလ ၈ ရက်နေ့ တိတိမှာ လိပ်ပြာပွဲတော် ကျင်းပကြပြီး လိပ်ပြာထောင်သောင်းမက စုပုံနေကြတယ်။ အဲဒီအချိန်မှာ သဘာဝအလှနဲ့အတူ သားတော်သမီးတော်တွေကို ဆုံးမပေးသလို ပွဲတော်တစ်ခုလို လည်းကျင်းပကြပါတယ်။

Park ရဲ့ entrance မှာ အဘွားအိုတွေက local costume ငှါးပါတယ်။ အရမ်းတန်ပါတယ် ဘယ်လောက်မ မပေးရပါဘူး။ ငှါးဝတ်ပြီး photo ရိုက်လို့ရပါတယ်။ ကုသိုလ်လည်းရပါတယ်။

နေ့စဉ် : မနက် ၈:၃၀ မှ မွန်းလွဲ ၆:၀၀ အထိ ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသည်။ ဝင်ခွင့်နောက်ဆုံးအချိန်: ညနေ ၅နာရီပါ။

Three Pagodas of Dali က တရုတ် ယူနန်ပြည်နယ်မှာ အလွန်နာမည်ကြီးတဲ့ အမွေအနှစ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့အနှစ် 1600 ကျော်ထဲကတည်ဆောက်ခဲ့သာဖြစ်ပြီး အဲဒီဘုရားစင်းများကို ထောင်နှစ်ကျော်ကြာ သဘာဝဘေဒဏ် ထပ်တလဲလဲခံခဲ့ရပေမယ့် မပျက် စည်းဘဲ ရပ်တည်နိုင်ခဲ့သာကြောင့် လူသိများလာခဲ့သာပါ။ သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်များစွာအနက် ၁၉၂၅ ခုနှစ် ငလျင်ကြီးတွင် ဒေလီမြို့ အဆောက်အဦးအများစု ပြိုကျသော်လည်း သုံးစင်းဘုရားက မပြိုမပျက် ရပ်တည်နေဆဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🍄Yunnan, China Trip ရဲ့ second destination ဖြစ်တဲ့ Dali မြို့မှာ မဖြစ်မနေစားရမှာက Wild Mushrooms Hotpot ပါဘဲ။ Wild mushrooms hotpot ကို Yunnan ရဲ့ ဘယ်မြို့မှာမဆိုစားနိုင်ပေမယ့် Fresh mushroom နဲ့ချက်ထားတဲ့ Dali ကဟာကိုတော့ဘယ်မြို့မှ မယှဉ်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ Yunnan မြို့မှာ Singapore မှာရော မြန်မာပြည်မှာရောမတွေ့ဖူး တဲ့ Mushroom မျိုးစုံကိုတွေ့ရပါတယ်။ Mushroom shopping လုပ်ရင်လည်း တခြား Yunnan မြို့တွေထက်စျေးသက်သာပြီးပိုလက်ဆက်ပါတယ်။

🍲 နောက် Dali မှာ မစားစားမဖြစ်စားရမှာကတော့ Cross Bridge Noodle ပါ။ ရဇ၀င် ကတော့ Dali နားကရွာလေးမှာနေတဲ့ ယူနန်သူလေးနဲ့ island မှာ imperial exam ဖြေဖို့စာသွားသင်တဲ့သူ့ခင်ပွန်းအကြောင်းဘဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သူ့ခင်ပွန်းက အစားအသောက်သိပ်မမှန်လို့ ယူနန်သူလေးက နေ့တိုင်းတံတားကိုဖြတ်ပြီး သူခင်ပွန်းအတွက် Noodle Soup ကိုနေ့တိုင်း ပို့ပေးပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့်ခရီးကဝေးတော့ island ပေါ်ရောက်သာနဲ့ soup ကအေးသွားပြီး စားမကောင်းဖြစ်သွားပါတယ်။ အဲဒါနဲ့ယူနန်သူလေးက တစ်နေ့မှာအကြံရပြီး အဆီနဲ့အပူကိုထိန်းနိုင်မယ့် ထန်းသီးဆီနဲ့ ငါးရံ့ထည့်ချက်ထားတဲ့ soup ကို ခေါက်ဆွဲနဲ့ ingredients တွေကိုတစ်လုံးချင်းစီထည့်ပေးခဲ့တယ်။ ရောက်သာနဲ့ ချက်ထားတဲ့ရည်ပူပူထဲ ကို ingredients တွေထည့်လိုက်တာနဲ့ အချိန်မကြာပဲ အဆာပြေပြီး အနံ့အသက်ကောင်းလွန်းသာကြောင့်ခင်ပွန်းက မြိန်ရည်လျက်ရည်စားသောက်တော့သာပါဘဲ။ ဒီလိုနဲ့ “Cross Bridge Noodle” ဆိုတဲ့နာမည်ရလာတာဖြစ်ပြီး ယူနန်၊ Dali ၊ Lijiangတို့မှာ နာမည်ကြီးနေတာပါ။

🌸 Yunnan မှာပန်းနဲ့လုပ်ထားတဲ့ဟင်းတွေ မုန့်တွေကအရမ်းနမည်ကြီးပါ တယ်။ Flowers Pastry တွေကို old town မှာ၀ယ်စားလို့ရပါတယ်။ တောင်ပေါ်အေးတဲ့မြို့ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက်ပန်းတွေပေါပြီး ယူနန်ကလူတွေကပန်းတွေနဲ့ မုန့်တွေ ဟင်းလျာထဲတွေ tea တွေထဲတွေမှာပါထည့်ပြီးစားကြပါတယ်။
