ဒီနေ့ Giant မှာအနက်ရောင်ပြောင်းဖူးတွေ့သာနဲ့ မစားဖူးလို့ စမ်းစားကြည့်ဉီးမှဆိုပြီး ဝယ်ခဲ့လိုက်သာ မထင်မှတ်ဘဲ အရသာက ပလို့ပြောင်း (ရှမ်းပြောင်း) လိုမျိုးဘဲ စီးစီးလေး။ အဲဒါနဲ့ အဝါရောင် ပြောင်းတွေနဲ့ ဘာကွာလဲဆိုပြီး Google မှာ ရှာကြည့်လိုက်တော့ အနက်ရောင်ပြောင်းဖူးကအာဟာရပိုရှိတယ်ဆိုပြီးသိလိုက််ရပါတယ်။

🌽အနက်ရောင်ပြောင်းဖူးရဲ့ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးတွေကတော့

• Antioxidants မြင့်မားခြင်း - အနက်ရောင်ပြောင်းဖူးမှာ anthocyanins လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အနက်ရောင်အာနိသင်ရှိတဲ့ antioxidants များစွာ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါက သင့်ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ကို oxidative stress ကနေကာကွယ်ပေးပြီး Aging နဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ ပြဿနာတွေကိုလည်း လျှော့ချနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Her passing was truly unexpected. I remember reading her first book—it ended on an open note, and even in the final chapter, you could feel that she hadn’t fully healed. At times, I also questioned whether her psychiatrist was offering the depth of support she needed. It’s heartbreaking to think that someone who gave voice to so many silent struggles might have still been carrying so much pain herself.

The book touched on her struggles with depression.

🇨🇳 China Tourism Visa Application from Singapore as a Work Pass Holder

လျှောက်ဖူးသမျှ Visa တွေထဲမှာ China Visa လျှောက်ရသာအလွယ်ဆုံးပါဘဲ bank statement တောင် submit လုပ်စရာမလိုပါဘူး

ပထမဉီဆုံး အောက်ကပေးထားတဲ့ link ကနေ account sign up လုပ်ရပါမယ်။ Visa type ကအမျိုးမျိုးရှိပါတယ် Business, Tourism, Student visa စသည်ဖြစ်ရှိပါတယ်။ အလည်သွားမှာ ဆိုတော့ Purpose of going ကို Tourism Visa (L) ကိုရွေးရပါမယ်။

Website ထဲမှာ၀င်ကြည့်မယ်ဆိုရင်လည်း တော်တော် clear ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Total Step 3 ခုရှိတယ်ပေါ့

First Step ကတော့ online submission ပါ။ Total 7 pages လောက်ကို fill in လုပ်ရပါမယ်။ ပြီးတော့ အောက်မှာပြောထားတဲ့ documents တွေကို upload လုပ်ရပါမယ်။

1. Passport
2. Recent Photo
3. Round trip flight tickets
4. Hotel bookings (ခရီးစဉ်တစ်ခုလုံးအတွက်)
5. Trip itinerary
6. Singapore Work pass front and back. Singpass ကိုလည်း screenshot ရိုက်ပြီးတင်လို့ရပါတယ် (Work pass က expire ဖြစ်ခါနီးဆိုရင်တော့ renew IPA letter ကို submit လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်)

ပြီးတော့
1. မိဘနှစ်ပါးရဲ့ အမည်အပြည့်အစုံနှင့် မွေးသက္ကရာဇ်။
2. လက်ရှိအလုပ်နေရာ၊ ကုမ္ပဏီအမည်၊ မန်နေဂျာ အမည်၊ ရာထူးနှင့် ဖုန်းနံပါတ်။
3. လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ တစ်နှစ်အတွင်း သွားရောက်ခဲ့ဖူးသော နိုင်ငံများစာရင်း။
4. အမြင့်ဆုံးရရှိထားသော ပညာအရည်အချင်း (ဘာသာရပ်နှင့် ဘွဲ့အမည်)။
5. စစ်မှုထမ်းဖူးခြင်း ရှိ/မရှိ၊ ပေါက်ကွဲစေနိုင်သော ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ဆက်စွမ်းရည် ရှိ/မရှိ၊ INGO/IGO အဖွဲ့အစည်းများတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးခြင်း ရှိ/မရှိ စသည့် လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ မေးခွန်းများ။

Application Submit လုပ်ပြီးရင် ရလဒ်ထွက်ရှိလာဖို့ (၃)ရက် (၄)ရက်လောက်စောင့်ရပါတယ်။ စာရွက်စာတမ်း အပြည့်အစုံမရရင် ထပ်ပြီးတော့ submit လုပ်ရပါတယ်။ ဒီအဆင့်မှာ ဗီဇာကြေးကို မပေးရသေးပါဘူး။ လျှောက်လွှာ Approve ဖြစ်မှသာ Visa Service Center သို့သွားရောက်ပြီး Visa ကြေးကိုပေးသွင်းရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Approve ဖြစ်သွားပြီးဆိုရင် email လာပါတယ်။ Online Review Completed ဆို တဲ့ email ရပြီဆိုရင် ဗီဇာကိစ္စ ၉၀% ပြီးပြီလို့ ဆိုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ကျန်တာက ဗီဇာစင်တာမှာ စာရွက်စာတမ်းတင်ပြ၊ ပိုက်ဆံသွင်းပြီး လေးရက်လောက်စောင့်ရုံပါပဲ။

ဗီဇာစင်တာကို မသွားခင် ပြင်ဆင်ရမယ့်အရာများ:

1. ဓာတ်ပုံ ပြန်ယူသွားပါ။ တင်ထားတဲ့ဓာတ်ပုံက စံညွှန်းနဲ့ မကိုက်ညီနိုင်တာစိုးလို့ ယူသွားတာ အကောင်းဆုံးပါ။
2. Email ကို barcode ပါတဲ့ (Visa Application Certificate) ပို့ထားသာ ကို Print ထုတ်ထားပါ။
3. Account ထဲ၀င်ပြီးကိုယ်ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ စာမျက်နှာ၇မျက်နှာ ပါတဲ့ PDF file ကို download ချပြီး print ပါ။ အကုန် ၇ရွက်လုံးတော့ပေးစရာမလိုပါဘူး ။ ဗီဇာလျှောက်လွှာရဲ့ ပထမစာမျက်နှာနဲ့ နောက်ဆုံးစာမျက်နှာကို ဘဲယူသာပါ။ ကိုယ်တွေကတော့ လိုလိုပိုပို ၇ ရွက်လုံးထုတ်သွားပါတယ်။
4. ဗီဇာကြေး ၉၉ ဒေါ်လာ ပေးရပါတယ် PayNow လည်း လက်ခံပါတယ်။

တကယ်လို့ print ထုတ်ဖို့ မေ့သွားတယ်ဆိုရင်လည်းစိတ်မပူပါနဲ့ Visa Center မှာထုတ်လို့ရပါတယ် $2 တော့ပေးရပါမယ်။

ဗီဇာစင်တာ လိပ်စာ:

Raffles Place MRT ကနေ Lau Pa Sat ရှိတဲ့ Exit ကနေထွက်လို့ရပါတယ်။ Visa Center က Lau Pa Sat ရဲ့ opposite မှာရှိသာပါ။ Application အတွက် opening time ကတော့ Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm ပါ။

ဗီဇာစင်တာမှာ လုပ်ရမယ့် အဆင့်များ:

1. စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေကိုပြပြီး Q Numberလေးယူလိုက်ပါ။
2. သင့်နံပါတ်ခေါ်တာနဲ့ ပတ်စ်ပို့စာအုပ်နဲ့အတူ Print ထုတ်ထားတဲ့ စာရွက်စာတမ်းအားလုံးကို တင်ပြလိုက်ပါ။
3. ရလာတဲ့ လက်ခံချက်စာရွက်နဲ့အတူ ငွေသွင်းရမယ့်နေရာကို သွားပါ။ ဗီဇာကြေးကို သွင်းပြီး ငွေသွင်းလက်မှတ် (Receipt) နဲ့ ပတ်စ်ပို့ပြန် collect လုပ်ရမယ့် Pick-up Form ကို ပြန်ယူလာပါ။

ဒီအဆင့်ပြီးရင် သုံးရက်မှ လေးရက်အတွင်း Pick-up Form နဲ့ပြန်လာပြီး ဗီဇာကပ်ထားတဲ့ ပတ်စ်ပို့ကို ပြန်လာ collect လုပ်လိုရပါပြီ။ Collection Time ကတော့ Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm ပါ။

📌China က public holiday တွေ အတိုင်း Singapore က Visa Center က လိုက်ပိတ်သာမို့လို့ မသွားခင် website ထဲက notice တွေကိုသေချာ check သွားပါ။
