It is always the lonely chapter in everyone’s life that kills a person’s dream.

The part where in the pursuit of your dreams, nobody understands you, your parents questions you why don’t not go for another line of work, your friends start to ignore you because you started going out less frequently, you have no results to show for other than the work you constantly put in when they see you etc etc.

I just want to say
It
Is
Ok.

If you have planned your route of breakthrough, a firm plan in place, it would be only you yourself that knows what’s the next step.

So just keep trying. You’d never know when it would be your last so just keep trying.
Your failure is decided upon the point where you decide to just quit and let go.

But let this be a warning, over positivity is a poison. So understand when it’s time to face the negativity and take it in.

4 things that you can immediately change and make a big impact on your own life

1) Sleep punctual . If you sleep punctually, you will wake up punctually and start your day right

2) It is always easier to change the external environment over the interior environment. Want to kick off a habit? Go somewhere which you have no way to get in contact with the habits.

3) Don’t lie to yourself. Lying to someone causes pain to someone else, while lying to yourself just causes double the pain.

4) Start drinking water. Water will solve an insane amount of problems that you might have.

For now, project UOA has closed off its merchandise purchase. We have been running ads without stopping and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused.

We might open our merchandise sale again in the future if time permits but for now, we will temporarily make our departure from our shirt branding.

Project UOA stemmed from a personal mission of bringing the best to everyone, be it as an inspiration or message or motivation and we hoped that in the past year or so, we did what we could.

This is not a farewell, but just a temporary shift in our provided value. We have explored various ways to help the community and currently, we are providing some ”open beta” testing for people who wants a website built but doesn’t have the budget to do so.

In the world of communication, it is basic courtesy to give the person your full attention. With attention, it is also imperative to have constant eye contact unless there is a clear intention of thoughts ongoing and you are trying to articulate properly.

But even so, averting eye contact whilst a conversation is taking place goes to show your own inexperience in the subject matter, and quite possibly your disinterest in the conversation itself.

Stay awhile and listen
“In life, there will always be the highs and there will always be the lows. You will definitely perform at your best when it is the highs but at the lows, it is where you will need to and be expected to perform.”

The difference between the 2 is what I call “professionalism”. Disregard all your feelings for the matter on job, disregard everything about how you feel when you’re on the job. Finish the job first, then your emotion later.

Do not let your emotions dictate the course of your actions or the consequences will be extremely severe. It is something that I will keep striving to do, no matter how old I get.

I too hope that my readers will get to understand themselves better and always strive to be the best versions of themselves.

This would be my last post for long while while I go on a journey of self discovery. I will see you all in the near future.

“The context of the words being used provides the meaning at which every conversation is being carried out. Without it, we’d be just beast aiming for each other’s throat, waiting to gut it out at every instance of misunderstanding”

Often times, people misunderstand the context behind the words used, especially through the media of text messaging. The difference between Sending out messages and sending out an intent is the one that diffuses any kind of friction that may arise and pulls everyone who are involved in the same conversation, together into one common understanding.

So the next time someone develops a misunderstanding, do not go into an argument immediately, thinking that the fault lies on the other person. It may very well be that it was you who did not make the intention clear to the other party.

“Reflect on yourself everyday. The good, the bad. The honourable, the contempt. Reflect on everything and understand what drives you away and what pushes you forward.”

Your intent in life is portrayed through constant behaviours and actions that you take,be it the ones you hate or the ones that you have passion for. In order to show clarity in your intent, you will need to constantly reflect back on to yourself if you are proud of who you are despite the setbacks and accept who you are.

Once you are able to accept who you are, you will drive home an unknown level of enlightenment and realise that most of the shackles that you have put on yourself, breaks off almost just as easily.

“Every conversation needs to start with a clear purpose and end with an understanding.”

In the realm of a conversation, there needs to be something called “A pyramid”. You start a conversation with a clear purpose, followed clarifying any doubts each person has and then lastly, confirming with everyone if all the queries and purpose had been fulfilled.

It doesn’t matter where or when, if any one of these 3 building blocks is missing, take a step away from the convo, and come back when everyone has cooled off. Because the underlying threat of violence and intimidation physicality is always around, only waiting to surface.

“A start of any relationship starts with interest. A Lasting relationship however, starts with compromise.”

Compromising doesn’t mean sacrificing the other party’s interest in the pursuit of your own benefit, neither does it mean sacrificing your own interest to benefit another person.

It means coming to a compromising by understanding each other’s interest and constraints and come to a middle ground in the spirit of understanding.
