Singapore International Music Competition is open to 30 years old and below candidates of all nationalities. Deadline: 30 September 2024

✨ The Singapore International Music Competition (SIMC) - for Piano & Violin. Australia Live Round - Sydney! 🇦🇺

Our final stop at Sydney ended in great success! Both the piano and violin performance standard was so high that it thrilled our audience and jury alike! What a fantastic way to wrap up the first-ever Australia Liver Rounds as we soak in all the beautiful music and performances. 🎹🎻

All the award winners will similarly be invited to receive their crystal trophy and certificates at the Gala Concert and Award Ceremony event in Singapore in December and Absolute winners shall be representing Australia to perform on our international stage then. 🌍🎶

Special thanks to our partner Kawai Pianos Australia and representative Mr. Andrew Rumsey for helping to make this Sydney live round a resounding success! We’d also like to thank PianoMax for sponsoring our medals for our winners. 🙏🏻

✨ The Singapore International Music Competition (SIMC)- for Piano & Violin. Australia Live Round - Adelaide! 🇦🇺

On 30 September, we continued to Adelaide and held our very first Australia Live Rounds there! It was so heartwarming to see a FULL HOUSE audience listening and supporting the piano and violin participants. We are truly inspired by everyone’s enthusiasm and passion for music. 🎹🎻

All award winners will also be invited to go to Singapore this December to receive their crystal trophy and certificates at the Gala Concert and Award Ceremony event with top winners representing Australia to perform on our international stage. 🌍🎶

We extend our gratitude to our Adelaide sponsors and partners, PianoMax as well as The Music Teachers' Association of South Australia Inc. and their President Rosanne Hammer for joining us as piano jury member! Shoutout to all our volunteers who came to help us at the event.

On 26 September, we held our very first Australia Live Rounds in Melbourne! It was such an inspiring experience listening to all the young pianists and violinists as they showcase their artistry, dedication, and musical talent. 🎹🎻

All award winners will be invited to go to Singapore this December to receive their trophy and certificates at the Gala Concert and Award Ceremony event with top winners representing Australia to perform on our international stage. 🌍🎶
