UPDATED CLARIFICATION
The winner reached out to me directly and clarified that she actually did inform the other streamer that she didn't receive from him, and that she received from me. He was the one asking for receipt as proof to show his supplier.

To clarify, this winner is not a new follower. She was sure the WDP she received was from me. She needed the receipt as proof for the other streamer. I guess sometimes what we try to say in messages don't come across correctly and can be misinterpreted. A lot of misunderstandings but all is now clear.

Still, I think I'll revert back to sending prizes one by one. That way, I'll have the receipts as proof. Will upload to page group whenever done, like I used to do.

P/s: By the way, server busy doesn't mean server down.🙂 I've also turned off commenting on the previous post.

Hi Friends 🩷

So to share a little, I got a bit upset yesterday when one of the past winners questioned me whether I sent her the WDP. I confirmed per my agent. I believe she asked for a receipt. The thing is, with my agent, he does bulk upload of orders. For now, there will be no receipt. I provide him a list of orders, and he will upload it all onto their server. The whole process takes less than 10 mins for 10, 20 or 30 orders. If I were to do it one by one, it will take me a very long time, like 1 to 2 hours. This is very tedious and will also delay the winners receiving their prizes.

To have doubt about my honesty and questioned my integrity is upsetting and hurtful to me. I have never ever NOT fulfilled in sending out prizes. At times, I have even gone above and beyond, like sending twice to same winner, or sometimes to friends out of the blue. This winner did receive a WDP but claimed it was her win from another streamer. Did she ask this other streamer for a receipt? I have no idea. I know all my other winners received their prizes... except her apparently.

My point is... don't question my integrity. There are times when prizes don't go thru, but winners will alert me with screenshots, etc after confirming all avenues. I will always check with my agent. Everything will be rectified and ultimately, they will receive their prizes.

Anyways, in light of this, I guess I will revert back to sending out prizes one by one. It will take a much longer time, but... it is what it is.
