Our 1st overseas work trip to Korea not as my assistant anymore, but a business partner! 📈
Phyllis officially joined me in Peace Street on March 2024 as an Intern.
She has completed her 6 months internship during then and converted to full time with me as my assistant.
In that entire 6months getting lesser than $1000 per month for her salary,
I’ve never hear her grumble before.
When I ask her to work on Sunday or after working hours, she never make a single noise either.
When I scold her for mistakes, she never talk back too.
Since then, I’ve always told myself that as long as I’m doing well.. she will have to do well too.
My job is to bring the people who strive together with me day and night to have a breakthrough in their career as well.
Throughout this years, some came, some left, and she stayed.
I want my guys to own something that belongs to them instead of just working for me or only building things that are 100% mine.
Today I announce that Phyllis & I have started a company that sells products and we are going to visit our factory right now!
Phyllis is 24 this year, and she’s a business owner today.
And I’m proud to call her my business partner in this company Eternity Products.
Phyllis, I’m proud of you and no words can describe my gratitude for your hardwork in Peace Street.
I can’t wait to see your growth and success down the road.
