In celebration of SG60, 2 Singapore sons, Chef Barry Quek of 1-Michelin Star Whey, Hong Kong and Chef Yew Eng Tong of 1-Michelin Star Alma by Juan Amador, Singapore joined hands for an exclusive four-hands collaboration from 6 to 8 August. Diners were treated to a flavour-filled Singaporean evening, with dishes inspired by our very own local cuisine.
