Manok Pansoh, also known as Ayam Pansuh, is a traditional Sarawakian dish, popular among the Dayak community in Sarawak, where chicken is slow-cooked over charcoal in a bamboo stalk. This delicacy is seasoned with ginger, lemongrass, cassava leaves (known locally as Daun Ubi), pepper, and a ginger variety called Tepus.

Tilapia Terung Asam is a soup made with Terung Asam, which resembles a tomato except that it’s yellow and has an interesting sweet and tangy taste profile. It is a favourite ingredient for various ethnic groups in Sarawak cuisine.
