[Recipe] High-Protein Tomato Broccoli Pasta with Chanza ππ
Looking for a quick and easy healthy festive dish?
This pasta gives you around 30g of complete plant protein per serving β one of our favourite go-to meals. Simple, comforting and perfect for the holidays! β¨
Ingredients (4 servings):
1 bottle organic tomato pasta sauce
Β½ pack pasta
1 broccoli, cut into florets
2 cups cherry tomatoes
4 handfuls Chanza
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Italian herbs
1 tsp salt
A few dashes of black pepper
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2οΈβ£ Add Chanza to the tomato pasta sauce and let it cook for about 15 minutes, allowing it to rehydrate and soak up all the flavours.
3οΈβ£ Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes, season with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper, then toss everything together with the pasta.
