Last week, I hit a โperfectโ week on my Apple Watch โ closing all three rings every day.
Itโs the 24th time Iโve done it since I bought the watch.
๐๐๐ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒโ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต: the last time was a long while ago.
Which means I lost momentum, and tracking slipped from my habits (slack like nobodyโs business)
This week reminded me how much that โperfect streakโ matters. Not just for the data, but for the feel-good factor.
At the end of the day, your body is your responsibility.

For yourself, your family, and the people around you.
I donโt want to say too much too early lah, but I hope this inspires someone to move. Because I know what it feels like to slip into a sedentary lifestyle (yes, as someone who works 90% deskbound).
