And 3 months is done!

3 months ago, I realized and accepted that I wasn’t in my best shape mentally. I was using my remaining energy into things that the outside forces dictate me and not what I truly wanted to do. And I lost myself into spending time and giving too much for the wrong people.

Over these months I focused on doing things that make me happy, spent a few weeks in LA and NYC, 7 weeks working and a week back to doing nothing (lol). And I realized a few things:

1. Time is the only thing we spend that we cannot earn back - spend it wisely

2. In fitness, when muscle goes through failure, it grows. With each mistake we do, we learn, we grow and become better people (hopefully lol)

3. In meditation, with every negative thought we think, the world doesn’t stop turning. With every positive thought we think, the world doesn’t stop turning. (So let’s just not think anymore. 😛 Hahaha)

4. If you disappear from social media for a few months or weeks? Who would look for you? And if you stopped posting, do you still exist?

5. Happiness comes from nothing and nobody else but from within you.

Life is a journey - a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual journey. And since 2024 is also about to end, I hope we end it to a happier, healthier and better version of ourselves. 🙏
