While the things I sometimes say offense others. But let’s be clear about one thing: Those who feel offended are also usually the ones who make their voice louder than others, just like me.

So don’t go about being a vessel with no substance that hasn’t put their foot into the game, thinking you know everything just because you know how to use the internet.

The difference here is, I dare make a difference, I dare take a stand while being loud.

It’s always sad to leave a location.
But sometimes it’s the other way round. The people of the location leaves.

Sometimes, it’s about money; most of the time, it’s about the friends and the bond made through chats and food.

Hopefully, food will always bring people back together, somehow, somewhat; again.

Many identities. Many hats. The more roles we play, the more connections are made.

All connections are important. Some are clouds, get a lot brighter when they go. Some stay even if they are bad, but they stay for many reasons. Some reasons are complex. But once the purpose of the lesson is taught. They disperse to tag on other’s canvas.

They do still pop by once in a while. But now, it’s on you, to allow them to stay or go.

It’s the June holiday. Don’t be disheartened by the low traffic footfalls/crowd. It’s just part and parcel of running a business. Drought happens occasionally. Take this time to recover and care for yourself and your team, stay afloat.

Been cooking this for 7 years, hmmmm maybe 9. At the start, we were pretty ambitious in changing the whole protein menu every 3 months.

Then fast-forward to the present. Sometimes we change it every 4-5 months, but occasionally, the creativity juices overflow. We changed it almost instantly within a week.

Point is… our second outlet is coming. And it’s still not for public access yet. My bad.

Throughout my life, I’ve met many types of human. The normal and the worse. But nobody really wants to hear about the regular normal joes. They are boring.

So for the ugly ones. You meet these batches that complain about every aspect of life. But don’t have a solution. People who whine about how tired they are, only to seek pity. People who counseled for advice, but only wish for you to agree and not suggest.

If you’re tired, sleep. .
If your complaint isn’t heard, change.
If you can’t advise, stay forgotten.

It was the start of how our ugly delicious Sea-salt Broccoli became one of the brightest star of the brand. And until today. I am glad that it’s still the brightest of them all.
