The daily repayments by Goldhill Memorial Centre - Authorised Agent - Collin is smooth without issues.

The only issue now is he has refused to respond and is uncontactable hence making himself liable to the various offences of which we have been trying to help him despite the “salary delays” “gov payout delays”

If he responds all is still good. But again, he might be rushing to earn now.

Either way he is online and could have respond

8758 8627 remains line unable to connect for now.

Both WhatsApp Data connection remains turned off.

When one no authority or repercussions to the actions of Collin Koh Bao He and repeats this same modus operandi for 16 days in a row.

He has taken the approach that turning off everything solves his problems by avoiding. Every single incident shows the culpability of such an offender with blatant disregard for the rule of law.

He doesn’t bother about the offences, so why would he bother about the consequences?

Collin,

Times are not easy for you now. I have heard others say you are struggling with personal issues.

I know and understand which was why I have always helped you.

Whatever your family issues I can only pray that your situation gets better over time.

I am brought up to know that compassion, understanding and integrity is of utmost importance.

I don't need the 2000 from you. You should be having difficulties.

Past few days lapses also nvm.

Gov gave you 850. U just ownself top up a bit. Send me the $1500 will do. If this amount still is tough, let me know.

Balance the usual $200 daily will do.

My aim is to recover. Your goal also is to settle. I hope you understand that a normal person would've reported you and recovered the monies + ensure the law takes action.

Buddhism teaches us compassion. I hope you can make full use of this compassion exercised to you.

STATEMENT:

Reference to the incident involving Collin Koh Bao He, a settlement has been reached & pending his restitution. Though a delayed one today.

Yes, it is true that he has been uncontactable since 1139am but do understand that he is the sole breadwinner now. He should be reaching home anytime now to discuss with his family.

Some clarifications to be fair to him & me:

We are both very very tired by the extra legal costs incurred by us over the past months.

Worsen when the ex customers began their keyboard warriors antics.

His family naturally needs reassurances too - which has been given by the parties involved that no additional expenses will be allowed, including from myself.

The costs had went to a point where they didn’t allow him time. So what that was a smooth repayment suddenly lapsed.

Prior to that, Collin was always early and never late for a long time.

The parties involved have since apologised today, publicly & reaffirmed that no additional costs or fees will be involved. They will also not be allowed to contact him on this matter.

All parties also upon the complete restitution are not allowed to take any forms of actions.

Collin & I have had a tough few months & we were always on talking terms till this matter escalated.

I seek that no parties be further involved in the matter as me and Collin already have a repayment plan & he will commence restitution today.
