How to regain our health and maintain it?

We are what we eat (and drink). Think about the water we’re drinking all these years. For the average person, we have to drink about 3 litres of water every day.

Would you want to put 3 litres of cooked tap water into your body daily?

Or put 3 litres of the healthy Kangen water into your body?

I’d rather drink the healthy Kangen water because I know that it will hydrate all my cells more efficiently.

Happy New Year! It’s the first day of 2025! How did you spend it? I started the year with a bang! (Had an early class then an afternoon class, both of whom had rested for the whole of December 🤣) I like simple and peaceful new year’s days because I like the happiness surrounding my family and I. My youngest sister just cooked 紅油炒手 (chilli oil dumplings) for us, yummy! 😋🥰

✨ Teacher of 13 years transformed after embracing a digital business ✨

Hi there! I’m Haru, an ordinary teacher who has to juggle many things in life, just like you! As much as I’m a teacher, I’m also a daughter and the eldest one, no less. Not only that, I’m also a traveller. But I didn’t have the time and luxury to travel and do the things I like to do whenever, wherever. We, as workers, really have no control over our own lives and that’s ridiculous!

My family needs me the most. Everything weighed down on me and I realised that I had to give up either my career or my travels. Will that make me happy? Definitely not. But spending time at work instead of being with my family will also not make me happy. Time waits for no one. Time is precious. Anyone can leave this Earth any day and I don’t want to have regrets. I am sure you also don’t want to have any regrets, right?

So I searched and found this opportunity that allows me to work from home. Remember, I’m a teacher, not a businesswoman, so I was a little bit scared to start, to be honest. However, the all-rounded system trained me and equipped me with knowledge, and got me set up and running my own digital business within weeks. I am able to ask my mentor, coach and the huge community for help whenever I don’t understand anything. Soon, I was able to quit my full-time teaching job and I began to teach on a freelance basis. Because well, teaching is still my passion. What’s your passion?

While learning, teaching, working and nurturing this digital business, I am able to continue doing what I’m passionate about: teaching and travelling. My current lifestyle is one that I couldn’t have imagined just a few months ago!

I have heard about the returning to office 5 days per week in the near future thingy. My heart aches for you all because I am SO DONE with working 5 days a week for someone else. I don’t wanna work for anyone and I wanna only work according to my own schedule.
