Out with the old and in with the new
Took some time away — I needed to.
Life has a way of forcing you to pause when you’ve been running on empty for too long. So I stepped back, reconnected with myself, and started working on the parts of me I had neglected — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.
During this time away, I’ve grown and gotten stronger — inside and out. This slightly upgraded version of me comes with a new look, a better body, and most importantly — 31 days free from ni****ne and alcohol. I decided to put down my vapes, trash them all, and say no to ci******es — and honestly, I’m so glad I did.
Some days felt like progress, some felt like starting all over again. But every step, no matter how small, brought me closer to being okay again. I’ve been learning, healing, and finding a little more peace within myself each day.
I won’t say I’m fully back yet. I’m still on that journey — still figuring things out, still finding clarity in where I’m headed. But I can say this: I’m stronger than when I left, and I’ve come back a little better — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
So for now, I’m taking it slow.
Bit by bit, step by step — 1% better each day.
It might take some time, but I’ll get there.
Slowly, but surely but I can't do this alone - I'll need some help from you! 8pm tonight, come help get rid the old for me so we can make space for the new only on http://facebook.com/wearecityboy ❤️
