🤍This Is It🤍

I only get ONE Motherhood.
And they only get ONE childhood.

This year, its my most challenging year practicing as a mindful mama. It feels so tough to be present with the kids while I’m still adjusting to the working hours of your family property agent . I find myself saying more apologies this year to both of them but I’m so glad that they are so supportive and understanding 💛

As I hug them to sleep every night, I am always grateful for the opportunity
To love them,
to be there for them,
to be needed,
to enjoy this stage of motherhood with them
in this exact way, ONCE.

It won’t always be like this.
But this is my one chance at now.

Alhamdulillah for everything, and to my babies- I will always strive to work on being a better mama, a more present mindful mama too♥️

🌈Week 1 of 2022 complete

As we just are settling in this first week of 2022, we start pulling together our list of goals and resolutions for the new year.

As much as we hope this year might be a promising good year after settling of C*vid, things might not go the way we want it to be. Let’s make this note to ourselves- so as not feel disheartened or upset if life takes a different path this year.

Regardless of Islamic or non-Islamic preschool, WE are the first and primary messengers who deliver the message of Islam to our kids.

Yes, probably you might be like me- having doubts whether we are equipped to deliver this noble responsibility well. As we are all learning every day to be better parents, we are truly blessed to have much more resources around us today to facilitate our responsibility. To make it easy for kids to relate everything back to Allah. To provide us with lots of stories and activities to engage them with, in our efforts to raise God conscious kids.

There is no need to reinvent or come up with extraordinary techniques as we already have the path of the messengers and the perfect path of the last and final messenger (peace be upon them all) to follow and emulate.
