🎥✨ All-day breakfast vibes!

My no. 1 go-to meal right now 😍🍳
Perfect for any time of the day 💥

🥄 Ingredients:
• 2-3 mushrooms
• Half a small onion
• Butter (lots of it 😉)
• Sourdough bread slice
• Smoked cheese slice
• 1 egg
• Half an avocado
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
• A few drops of lime
• Sliced tomato & spring onion
👩‍🍳 How to make it:
1. Melt butter & fry onions + mushrooms
2. Add a slice of bread to the pan & toast both sides, then top with that cheese, and mushroomy goodness
3. Fry the egg
4. Mash avocado, season with lime and spices
5. Build it up: bread, avocado mash, fried egg
And voilà! Enjoy it any time of day ✨🍽
