Friends in Slovakia, a good friend of mine is going to have a 4-weeks Yoga101 practice in Bratislava. If you are into yoga or is interested to get started. Join the program, I highly recommend her. Not only because she is a friend but she is a great teacher! I did some yoga practices with her in the past and I can't recommend her enough. ☺️
