After Spark Media had the privilege of delivering impactful work for the Ministry of Communication, Technology and Innovation, Minister Salima Monorma Bah graciously recommended us to Hon. Chernoh Bah, Minister of Information and Civic Education.

This photo captures a special moment of me sharing some of our projects with the Minister, a step that has since grown into an incredible working relationship with his Ministry.

I’m deeply grateful to the Ministry of Information and Civic Education for placing their trust in Spark Media and, most importantly, for believing in the potential of young people. This journey means so much to me and my team, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

The Spark Media team had an incredible time at Leone Rock Metal Group in Pepel, Sierra Leone. We were warmly welcomed by the marketing manager and granted exclusive access to the port, where iron ore is shipped. The tour was fantastic, and we captured some amazing footage for our music video ‘Wok Dae Ya. For me, my work at Spark Media as Managing Director aligns with my vision for the country I want to see. Over the years, I have worked with media institutions and NGO's travelling across the country to create vlogs about the beautiful places and people.

A year ago, I had the opportunity to meet my country’s Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Hon. Nabela Tunis. This meeting opened the door for a partnership to cover some of the Ministry’s work. For the past year, I have worked with my creative team of young people at Spark Media to document some of the Ministry’s events. This gave me the chance to see first-hand the work they are doing to reshape the image of our country in a positive way.

I am humbled and honoured by this opportunity, and it is always a pleasure working with the Minister and the Ministry.

This photo was taken three months ago at Eastern Police during the Eco-Tourism Parade from the eastern to the western area, which focused on sensitising young people about the importance of tourism.

Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to facilitate a session on Drone Photography and Videography: The New Frontier for Creatives at the Sierra Leone Innovates 2025 Digital Government Summit.
Sharing what I have learned over the years and seeing the energy and curiosity in the room reminded me why I do what I do.
Drones are not just flying cameras they are tools of innovation, creativity, and empowerment for a new generation of storytellers in Sierra Leone.

From a content creator with dreams to meeting one of Africa’s best YouTuber, . What an incredible journey it has been, Five years ago, I admired Wode Maya from afar, but thanks to the support of the Minister of Tourism, I had the chance to meet him face-to-face and create content together. This experience reminds me that with patience, dedication, and the right opportunities, we can achieve our dreams and inspire others along the way.
