Breaking!!

The Government of Sierra Leone has declared a nationwide ban on Tramadol. Minister of Health, Austin Demby, said in line with the Pharmacy and Drugs Act, government has issued a ministerial directive with immediate effect, adding that only Tramadol 50 milligram capsules are permitted for oral use in Sierra Leone.

He said only Tramadol 50 milligrams per millimetre injections are permitted, and that these can be used only in recognised health facilities under professional supervision. “Any Tramadol above these limits is illegal. Any injectable Tramadol used outside of health facilities is illegal. Any falsified and unrecognised Tramadol product is illegal.” Minister Demby stated.

Personal Growth Isn’t a Destination—It’s the Journey That Drives You Forward

Just like a well-tuned engine, personal growth doesn’t happen overnight. It takes consistent care, the right fuel (mindset!), and regular check-ins to stay on course.

Here are 3 simple but powerful habits to keep your growth engine running smoothly:

Embrace the Detours:
Mistakes, setbacks, and unexpected turns aren’t failures—they’re feedback. Every great driver learns more from a skid than from smooth pavement.

Upgrade Your Inner GPS
Your thoughts shape your path. Replace “I can’t” with “I’m learning.” Swap comparison for self-compassion. A positive mindset is your most reliable navigation system.

Keep Moving—Even in Low Gear
Progress doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it’s quiet: reading 10 pages a day, saying “no” to protect your energy, or showing up when you don’t feel like it. Small steps still move you forward.

Remember: You don’t need to be perfect to grow—you just need to be willing.

Your turn: What’s one small win you’ve had this week? Celebrate it in the comments! 👇
