In his continued drive to secure corporate sponsorship and partnerships for the growth and development of football in Sierra Leone, the President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), ๐๐๐๐๐๐ข ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐, on Thursday met with the ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ง๐, ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ค๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ก, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ค๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐จ, at the companyโs headquarters, Hill Station, Freetown.
The high-level meeting focused on exploring potential areas of collaboration between the SLFA and Orange aimed at promoting and supporting football across the country.
During the engagement, Orange CEO Sekou Amadou Bah reaffirmed the companyโs passion for football, noting that โ๐๐จ๐จ๐ญ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐.โ He explained that wherever Orange operates globally, the company has consistently invested in the sport. Mr. Bah further stated that although no structural system previously existed to facilitate support for football in Sierra Leone, the company is now ready and willing to come onboard once again to contribute to the gameโs growth.
President Babadi Kamara, in his presentation, outlined his comprehensive strategic plan for football development, covering both domestic and international competitions. He emphasized his administrationโs commitment to building sustainable partnerships that will drive progress across all levels of the game.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both parties expressing optimism about forging a mutually beneficial partnership to advance football development in Sierra Leone.
