Calling all young digital changemakers in Freetown!

We’re recruiting 10 Digital Stewards for the Dis Na Wi Voice project.

👉 Duration: 8 months (with possible extension)
👉 What you’ll do:

Lead a youth‑driven digital community

Use your skills in video editing, social media, and content creation

Mentor other young people to grow their digital skills

Build safe, inclusive online spaces for youth voice and civic action

We’re looking for creative leaders who know their way around TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond — and who can teach those skills to peers while inspiring real‑world change.

This is your chance to amplify youth voices, challenge stereotypes, and shape national conversations.

POV: When young folks speak up, good things happen in the community.

With funding from the European Union in Sierra Leone, BBC Media Action Sierra Leone got students together at Njala University, Mokonde Campus, for a chill one-day civic and leadership workshop with Dis Na Wi Voice participants.

The vibe? 🔥 Young people really getting into what it means to take part in their community, and how they can be leaders right where they are. It’s all about boosting confidence, sharing cool ideas, and getting Sierra Leone’s future leaders ready to do great things.
