I have seen a lot Arsenal fans debating on whom to sell between Martinelli and Trossard and so I have decided to jump on it.
Sell Trossard if:
You're prioritizing long-term development.
You want to keep a high-upside, young talent like Martinelli.
You’re looking to refresh the squad with younger legs.
Sell Martinelli if:
A huge offer arrives (e.g., £70–£90M from a top club).
He doesn’t fit Arteta’s evolving tactical system.
Trossard proves more consistent in big matches and clutch moments.
My honest opinion:
Keep Martinelli. Sell Trossard if needed.
Martinelli has more potential, fits Arsenal’s long-term vision, and offers a unique threat on the left. Trossard, while dependable, may fetch a reasonable fee and can be replaced more easily.
