The First Presidency “invites all to join as we hear the word of God during the upcoming 196th Seminannual General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,” according to a letter released Thursday, September 3, 2026, in 54 languages.

The global broadcast, which originates from the Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, will consist of four 2-hour sessions on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4.

All conference sessions will be streamed live on the broadcasts page of ChurchofJesusChrist.org and Gospel Library in 80 languages, the General Conference YouTube channel in 14 languages, and other radio, television, satellite and digital channels.

The Lord is not done with us when we make a mistake, nor does He flee when we falter. Our need for healing and help is not a burden to Him, but the very reason He came. And when calamity comes, when floods rise, homes are damaged, livelihoods are lost, and everything feels uncertain, 𝑯𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆.🥹🤍

Perhaps right now you are looking at the remains of what you worked so hard to build. Maybe you are worried about your family, your finances, your home, or what tomorrow will bring. It is okay to feel tired. It is okay to grieve. You do not have to pretend that everything is fine.

Remember that Jesus Christ knows what it means to suffer. He understands pain, loss, fear, and sorrow perfectly. He can strengthen you even when you feel like you have nothing left to give.

The storm may have taken much from you, but it cannot take away your worth as a child of God. Your future is still in His hands. Your prayers are still heard. Your tears are still seen.🩷

Hold on to Him, one day at a time. The Savior who has carried you through every difficult season before will not abandon you in this one. The storm will not last forever, but His love for you will💕
