Minor Signs of the End Time (أشراط الساعة الصغرى)

1. Loss of Trust (Amānah)
Arabic: إِذَا ضُيِّعَتِ الأَمَانَةُ فَانْتَظِرِ السَّاعَةَ
Translation: “When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour.”
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari (6496)

Explanation: 👇👇
Trustworthiness and honesty are the foundations of social and religious life. When people betray trusts and fail to fulfill obligations, it is a sign of moral decay preceding the Hour.

2. Widespread Ignorance
Arabic: يَنْقُصُ الْعِلْمُ وَيَكْثُرُ الْجَهْلُ
Translation: “Knowledge will decrease and ignorance will increase.”
Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari (80), Sahih Muslim (2671)

Knowledge of religion decreases while ignorance spreads, leaving people vulnerable to misguidance.

3. Time Passing Quickly
Arabic: يَتَقَارَبُ الزَّمَانُ
Translation: “Time will pass quickly.”

Life will feel faster; days and years will seem short, reflecting the rush of worldly activities and the decline of spirituality.

4. Competition in Building Tall Buildings

6. Increase in Earthquakes

9. Obedience to Friends over Parents

19. Neglecting Zakat

Two sisters who were involved in a forbidden marriage have been sentenced by the Justice Court of Sierra Leone.

⚖️ Sentences:

The one who acted as a man: 5 years imprisonment

The one who acted as a woman: 3 years and 6 months imprisonment

There were claims that the man involved was an Imam, but according to the Chief Imam of Waterloo, investigations revealed that he is not an Imam, but rather the father of one of the sisters involved in this forbidden act.

Alhamdulillah for this judgment.

🤲 Jazakumullahu Khayran to the Government of Sierra Leone for taking action to stop such unlawful practices.

May Allah guide us all to the Straight Path.

Concern Regarding the Rise of Homosexual and Le***an Practices in Our Country

Your Excellency,

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,

I pray this letter reaches you in good health and with Allah’s mercy and guidance. I am writing as a concerned citizen regarding the increasing reports of homosexual and le***an practices in our country, which are contrary to our cultural, moral, and religious values as taught in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

As you are aware, Allah mentions in the Qur’an the story of the people of Prophet Lut (peace be upon him) and the severe punishment that befell them due to their transgressions (Surah Al-Aʿraf 7:80-84, Surah Hud 11:77-83). Our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) also warned against such immoral acts and taught us to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong.

Your Excellency, it is the duty of leadership to safeguard the morals and values of the nation. Therefore, I humbly request that your esteemed office consider:

1. Raising public awareness about the dangers of such practices through education rooted in religious and moral guidance.

2. Implementing appropriate legal measures in line with our faith and laws to discourage and prevent these actions.

3. Collaborating with religious scholars and community leaders to promote virtue, modesty, and family values among the youth.

Our goal is not to harm individuals but to protect society from behaviors that lead to moral decay and divine displeasure. I trust your wisdom and sense of responsibility will guide you toward policies that uphold our moral and spiritual heritage.

May Allah bless you with success, guide your decisions, and protect our nation from all forms of corruption and immorality.
