Alpha Jalloh released from detention in Liberia.
$270,000 Diversion in Jalloh Case; Security Officers Implicated

A further investigation has established that Guinean national Alpha Mamadou Jalloh entered the country with a total of US$1,457,000. However, US$270,000 is alleged to have been diverted by state security officers who intercepted him upon arrival and reportedly coerced him into providing a false account.

Sources say LDEA County Commander Abraham Kromah, along with two junior officers, have been recalled to headquarters pending full investigation into their involvement. Other security personnel across multiple agencies are also said to be under active investigation.

🇱🇷 A 🇬🇳 driver arrested with $1.1 million💵 in cash and suspected drug trafficking in Bo Waterside
Security authorities on post at the Bo Waterside border have arrested a Guinean national after discovering a large sum of cash and suspected narcotic substances during a routine check.
The suspect, identified as Alpha, 45-year-old resident of Mamba Point in Montserrado County, was apprehended at around 5 p.m. while trying to cross the border.
During the search of the vehicle, a blue Toyota minibus registered in Guinea, officers discovered two concealed packages containing substances suspected to be Tapentadol and Tramadol.
An investigation has been opened to determine the origin of the funds and the exact nature of the seized products.

This is to inform the general public that I forgot my jacket in a Toyota Land Cruiser vehicle while traveling from Masiaka to Bo City, Sierra Leone, on Friday, 27th June 2025.

The vehicle departed Masiaka at 7:00 PM and arrived in Bo at around 9:00 PM. The jacket, which I mistakenly left behind, contains my National ID Card and Passport—both of which are very important personal documents.
