Directors should know their job, producers should know their job, actors and actresses should know their work, and all other film crew members should be aware of their roles. This is essential in order to ensure that the filmmaking process runs smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, it is important to ensure that the narratives of the films being made are reflective of the culture and values of Sierra Leone. This will help to ensure that the films are engaging and relevant to the audience, and will also help to create a sense of pride and ownership in the filmmaking industry.

Finally, it is important to ensure that the filmmakers are given the opportunity to express their creativity and to explore their ideas. This can be done through workshops, seminars and other events that allow filmmakers to share their ideas and to learn from each other.

By taking these steps, we can ensure that the filmmaking industry in Sierra Leone is a success. We can create a vibrant and exciting industry that will be a source of pride for the people of Sierra Leone.
