Title: โ€œA City Fading in Smokeโ€ ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I remember him. Bright eyes, full of promise, always the loudest laugh in the classroom. His name was Ishmael. We all thought he would be something a doctor, maybe even a leader. But today, I walked past him near East End Police station, sitting on the pavement, his body shaking, his eyes lostโ€ฆ he didnโ€™t even recognize me.

Kush did that.

Kush is not just a drug. Itโ€™s a silent killer wrapped in smoke. It's destroying an entire generation before our eyes. Itโ€™s turning young boys into living ghosts, young girls into shadows of their dreams. Itโ€™s making mothers cry behind closed doors and forcing fathers to bury sons too early.

And society? It watches sometimes in denial, sometimes in fear, and too often in silence.

Let me ask you this:
How many more Ishmaels do we have to lose before we realize that this is a national emergency?

We cannot build a future on broken youth. We cannot talk about development while our boys lie unconscious under market stalls, while our girls are trafficked in the name of survival.

This is a call to every parent, every teacher, every leader, and every youth letโ€™s wake up. Letโ€™s talk. Letโ€™s act. Letโ€™s save our future from the smoke of Kush.
