These are locally produced rice, grown by hardworking Sierra Leonean farmers through the Feed Salone initiative, with support from the FSRP.
Under the leadership of the Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Henry Musa Kpaka, efforts are being intensified to support local farmers and advance President Julius Maada Bio’s key flagship initiative — Feed Salone. 🌾💪🇸🇱
From the farm to the table, the goal is to strengthen local food production and reduce reliance on imported rice.
