November: Our Month of Praise

Scripture Focus: Psalm 34:1 “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”

As we step into the month of November, the Spirit of God calls us into a deeper posture of praise and thanksgiving. The Psalmist David wrote this verse in a time of distress. when he fled from Abimelech and faced uncertainty. Yet, even in fear and adversity, he chose to praise God continually.

This reveals a profound truth: praise is not dependent on circumstances but on revelation.
David understood that when praise rises, God’s presence is manifested (Psalm 22:3 “God inhabits the praises of His people”). Praise shifts atmospheres, silences the enemy (Psalm 8:2), and activates divine intervention (2 Chronicles 20:21-22).

To “bless the Lord at all times” means maintaining a heart posture of gratitude and faith, whether in gain or loss, in joy or trial. Praise is not just a song it’s a spiritual weapon and a declaration of trust in God’s sovereignty.

This month, let our lips and lives become instruments of praise. When we praise God:
We magnify Him above our problems (Psalm 69:30).
We invite divine strength and joy into our hearts (Nehemiah 8:10).
We shift from complaining to conquering, because praise aligns us with heaven’s perspective.

Hebrews 13:15 – “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess His name.”

Welcome to October 2025: Seeking the Kingdom of God
📖 Matthew 6:33

As we step into this new month, the Word of God reminds us of our priority — to seek first His Kingdom. Jesus teaches us that when our hearts, time, and resources are aligned with God’s reign, He takes care of our needs. The world often pushes us to chase after material things, but the Kingdom mindset calls us to pursue righteousness, obedience, and intimacy with Christ.

To seek the Kingdom means to make God’s will the center of our decisions, values, and lifestyle. It is a call to live by Kingdom principles of love, justice, faith, and holiness. When we prioritize God, we are assured that He will supply all our needs (Philippians 4:19). The psalmist also affirms this truth: “The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.” (Psalm 34:10).

This month, let us align our pursuits with Heaven’s agenda. In our work, families, and ministries, may we live as Kingdom ambassadors (2 Corinthians 5:20).

*🙏 Prayer Points for October*
- Lord, give me the grace to seek You above all else in this new month.
- Father, align my desires and priorities with Your Kingdom purpose (Colossians 3:1–2).
- I reject anxiety and worry; I trust in You as my provider (Matthew 6:25–26).

This scripture reminds us that spiritual progress is not for the passive but for those who rise with faith, boldness, and determination. To advance forcefully means to break limitations, resist opposition, and press into the promises of God despite challenges.

The enemy resists growth, destiny, and breakthroughs—but by prayer, persistence, and faith-filled action, we advance forcefully into the life God has ordained.
