This decisive move marks a new phase in Sierra Leone’s fight against drugs, combining law enforcement, rehabilitation, and community partnership to protect our young people and reclaim our communities. 💪🏽🇸🇱

Strengthening Public Health Reporting in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱

With support from ECOWAS RCSDC, a joint team from the One Health RCCE, Sierra Leone Health Reporters Network, and Initiatives for Media Development - IMDev is mapping and verifying health journalists and media outlets nationwide (7–10 Oct 2025).

The exercise strengthens the foundation for accurate, timely, and impactful public health reporting—a key step in building national and regional outbreak preparedness and response capacity.

Together, ECOWAS and local partners are championing stronger media–health collaboration for a more resilient and informed Sierra Leone. 💪🏾🩺📡
