๐President Of BCPT Convene various Organizing Committees Meeting at Naivasha Hall- South Sudan Hotel.
Mr. Majok Ayar Chieny, the President of BCPT, has convened a high-level organizing committee meeting with the Information Committee, Security Committee, Protocol Committee , and Services Committee.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide guidance and direction on their roles and responsibilities as they prepare for the upcoming inauguration of the Executive Committee. This event will feature the drawing and presentation of trophy prizes at Freedom Hall.
During the briefing, Mr. Chieny outline the expectations for each committee, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and timely ex*****on of their tasks.
The Information Committee will be responsible for communicating details about the event, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. The Security Committee will focus on creating a safe environment for all attendees, coordinating with local authorities if necessary. Meanwhile, the Services Committee will manage logistics, including catering, Protocol Committee will focus on seating arrangements, and any technical requirements.
Mr. Chieny encourage all members to work diligently and remain committed to the success of the event, highlighting the significance of their contributions in making the inauguration a memorable occasion. With clear objectives and a united effort, the committees will be well-prepared to deliver a successful event at Freedom Hall.
Note, the management of BCPT has announced that they will commence their matches on July 31, 2025, and will provide details regarding the venue as soon as possible.
