📌 Awan Pajok Community Association Wrote Condolences to the Families of Hon. Ajang Akoon and Tong Nyong Mawien, Respectively

The community leadership of Awan Pajok in Juba, penned their heartfelt condolence messages to the family of the two demises on Monday evening.

“On behalf of Awan Pajok Community, I’d like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Mawien Tong. The late. Tong Nyong was a kind person with a rare personality, and his death was a great loss to Awan Pajok Community and the family of Mawien Tong in particular.” The leadership scribbled to the family of Tongdit

“Ajangdit was such a humble, thoughtful, and compassionate, and his death is a great loss to Warrap State and Awan Pajok Community in particular.”

On behalf of Awan Pajok Community, I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the late. Hon. Ajang Akoon at this trying moment. There are no words to ease the loss of our departed elder given the fact that he served his people honorably to his very last breath, l ask that you keep his famlly & friends in your prayers during the difficult days ahead. May his innocent soul rest in peace!” Gen. Mawiendit and his leadership authored in the document below

The late Hon. Ajang Akoon was a National Member of Parliament in Sudan, 1968, Admin and Finance in National Chamber of Commerce since 2011 – 2016 and the former Chairperson of Awan Pajok Community, just to mention a few. Meanwhile, Tong Nyong Mawien was a businessman.

Both passed‐on in the same week in Juba and Nairobi, respectively. More info will be provided once biographies are successfully printed.

📌𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: Awan Ayien’s IEC, Shortlisted Manut Wol Akoon and Akoon Malual Dut. Election Scheduled for Saturday 18th.

Awan Ayien’s IEC has on Tuesday, after a thorough review and the verification of all submitted application documents, identified and confirmed the two candidates as duly qualified, having met all the requirements.

On a separate note, the IEC announced the election as 18th. Of October 2025 at Pan Akoldit, Hai Tejaria – Juba.

All are asked to confirm their attendance as the heavy rock witnesses the democracy on Saturday.

🚀The school farm at Akon Basic Compound which was initiated for the school by NPG South Sudan is going well as sweet potatoes is already greening.

A representative from school Administrations wrote appreciations and a request for backup of School Farm.

"Akõn Secondary School is not only teaching community members theoretically but also implementing some subjects practically like subsistent farming in school farm where we have planted sweet potatoes which are visible here under with the workers doing their jobs on the farm, we do request well- wishers to support us with water pipeline to help in watering them during the dry season, we are more proactive to any new ideas and technology connected to life." He stated

"Thanks to Augustino Atem Wol who initiated Natural Planters Group (NPG) Organization and brought stems of sweet potatoes as seeds to our land for the first time in our modern Awan Muorkuau as I haven't seen such vegetable in our land for my age. We are proud of such life changing best initiatives." He closed with thanks

“Being a student at St. Augustine School fills me with immense pride and I commit to being a diligent student for the entirety of my academic journey.”

𝗟𝘂𝗸𝗮 𝗪𝗼𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗹, an S4 student at St. Augustine Kuajok expressed his love for Education. He narrated his zeal and passion as the only tool towards the change of future through Education. Like other Muorkuau students, he left other backwards activities and longed for the real walking future by picking Education in a sufficient degree.

Malual, a student from Awan Muorkuau of the far end Gok, who had been studying through hardships through Akon Modern Secondary and Lahu‐nhom Complex – just joined the end year giants at St. Augustine Kuajok had never stopped performing best for the push of Education.
He told Awan Muorkuau Media Reports, “I’m driven with the purpose, and that’s why I want to complete it.” He self promised
“I’m in the basket following my Muorkuau brothers, who are my role models in the making with Education successfully.” He mentioned an examplary

Every year, many students from Muorkuau estimated to 70% who start their high school journey back home, comes to Kuajok Town for S4 SSNEC papers. There is a need of building‐up our Secondary Schools back home to maintain our students by cutting their cost of arriving to Warrap State’s capital for final year Exams. Let’s rebuild our secondary schools to the next high class levels of contributing to Educational Systems.

📌 Thon Youth Association Wrote Condolence Message to Gen. Lual Lual Malok for the Loss of his Wife

Thon Youth in Juba has on Sunday wrote a condolence message to Gen. Lual Lual Malok, family and Pacokdieny clan as a whole, following the loss of the Mama Achol Madut C***r, who died yesterday in Wau.

“I am hereby conveying condolences to the entire family of Gen Lual Lual Malok and Pacokdieny as a whole. Tight your heart and be encouraged to control her children, and we are sorry for the loss at this young age. We are praying to Almighty Father to put her soul in His right hand. It’s a great loss to, particularly our community, Awan Mourkuau Community.” Majok Agai Majok, An Interim Chairperson of Thon Youth Association in Juba, stated in the letter

Mama Achol Madut passed away on the night of Saturday, the 4th. October at Wau Teaching Hospital after battling a short illness.
