Encouragement To The Bullied Student Representative Who Delivered A Graduation Speech From The University Of Juba - Kuajok Community College.
The 1st of Nov, 2025.
The speaker being identified as who was the students' representative presented himself smartly though others criticized him that he didn't speak eloquently & fluently.
My dear graduand as well as my friend, I wanted you to know this:
As you've got aware that the social media platform which we are using in South Sudan is full of online English language correctors whose intentions are to discourage others from their commitments.
I asked you to neglect their insults & accept the challenges & move on with your own businesses as you knew that education is a learning process which needs an individual to learn from his own mistakes personally.
Let them mind their own businesses and you've to mind yours too because you weren't pursuing the faculty of English language & literature but an economist whose career is to calculate the numeral values concerning about money.
To the residents of Warrap State as a whole, are you aware that our state is in need of a quality education for our children?
We have to appreciate Professor, John Akec Apurrut who brought a branch of Juba University and situated it in the headquarter of Warrap State which is Kuajok town aiming at transforming the education sector for us.
It's our collective responsibilities to encourage our brothers and sisters who made good decisions not to quit their studies at all courses but came up with the hearts of pursuing their careers at Kuajok Community College in particular.
Acquiring of knowledge doesn't mean that a student needs to be admitted in one of the prestigious public universities or other different recognized higher learning institutions in South Sudan, a student with the brain can gain knowledge anywhere.
Nowadays, a person can earn a job based on his/her capabilities, skills, connections & good attitudes because a fluent English language can't clear a person's bills, neither pay school fees for your children nor pay somebody's house rents.
Let other people learn from your experiences through your humility.
To anyone that will misinterpret my post, I asked you not to blame me on my pieces of advice but you've to blame those who bullied at our graduates.
Thanks by your loving brother:
