𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 – 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 moves through the Earth's atmosphere, biosphere, hydrosphere, and geosphere. It is essential for maintaining life and climate on Earth.

🔄 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞:

𝟏. 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 🌿

Plants take in carbon dioxide (CO₂) from the air.

They use it to make glucose through photosynthesis.

Oxygen is released as a byproduct.

2. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 💨

Animals and plants release CO₂ back into the atmosphere when they breathe (respiration).

3. 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ⚰️
When plants and animals die, decomposers (like bacteria and fungi) break them down, releasing CO₂ into the soil and air.

4. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🔥
Burning of fossil fuels (coal, oil, gas) or wood releases stored carbon as CO₂ into the atmosphere.

5. 𝐎𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 🌊
Oceans absorb CO₂ from the air.
Marine organisms use carbon to form shells and skeletons.

6. 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ⛏️
Over millions of years, dead organisms may become fossil fuels, storing carbon underground.

As frustrated as the students of the University of Bahr-el Ghazal.
The 15th of July, 2025.

Everything about the University of Bahr-el Ghazal was good then till its current administration frustrated the students by closing the entire institution for a year.

Imagine, we left the school in August of 2024 till now, the 15th of July, 2025 but the same administration came out with a decision of reopening the school partially on the 28th of July, 2025 by allowing the first year & final year students to go for their studies leaving the students from the middle classes behind.

Was the whole year which was wasted on the holidays an offend being committed by the students from the middle classes?
Is the fee structure for the entire university being adjusted or not?

The legacy of the University of Bahr-el Ghazal won't be the same again.

The meeting of the top administration management has come out with the following resolutions:
1• The allocation of only fifty million South Sudanese pounds for renovation of hostels.
2• The university should be open partially for only first year and finalist students.
3• The interview for the newly admitted students should be abandoned, except college of Education,Medicine and Public Health.
4• The reopening of the university of Bahr El Ghazal shall be on Date. July 28,2025.

𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
The pituitary gland is a small, pea-sized gland located at the base of the brain, just below the hypothalamus. It is called the "master gland" because it controls and regulates the activity of many other endocrine glands in the body.

🔍 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞
It has two main parts:

1. 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐞(front part) – Produces and releases several important hormones.

2.𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐞 (back part) – Stores and releases hormones made by the hypothalamus.

🔬 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝:

𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞 (GH) Stimulates body growth and repair.
𝐓𝐡𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 Hormone (TSH) Stimulates the thyroid gland to produce hormones.
𝐀𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜 Hormone (ACTH) Stimulates adrenal glands to release cortisol.

𝐋𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝐋𝐇) Triggers ovulation in females and testosterone in males.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧 (𝐏𝐑𝐋) Stimulates milk production after childbirth.
𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝐀𝐃𝐇) Controls water balance by reducing urine production.
Oxytocin Helps in childbirth and bonding between mother and baby.
