📍 Leadership Update

The Six Payams’ Captains have officially resumed leadership of the Twic Mayardit Volleyball Peace Tournament from former leader Mr. Akot Tong Yuot.

The committee expressed gratitude to Mr. Akot and his team for their dedicated service and contribution to promoting peace through sports.

The captains will now oversee the tournament’s affairs, with further updates on new appointments to be announced soon.

19-year-old Moses Mayiik Chok, the youngest player in the 2025 Blind Football African Championship Division 2, has been a true inspiration.

According to the Team, Mayiik travelled all the way from Twic Mayardit to join the team in Juba for the training camp, and later continued to Kampala, where he played a key role in the team’s historic victory.

The South Sudan Blind Football Team therefore, sends their heartfelt appreciations to the family of Mayiik for allowing him to be part of the historic championship..

The Twic U-20 Youth football Tournament Will be Headed by Mr. Agoth Mamdit Majok as its Director.

The aims of the Changes are meant to provide chances to the young talent and exercise their own skills without obstruction.
