Clarification on how the Nation and Luacjang community at large loses their son and comrade 2nd Lt. Chirilo Marop Dongrin Yap.
Marop was given a departure order from juba to kuajok by the Director of Combat operation (C.M. I.) Maj- Gen Kuek Akot Kuek along with him squads of (11) soldiers and the purpose of their mission is to collect vehicles belonging to Amuk Company based in kuajok town and CEO of Amuk Company is Kur Ajiing without informing any relevant authority or any department here in the state, which means the mission is illegally.
On their arrival at kuajok, Marop Dongrin and his squad didn't bother to include other organs from the state according to the directives and departure order, so the disagreement began between them and the workers from Amuk Company who didn't receive their salaries for (13) months and they refused to handover the vehicles on the pretext that their salaries are to be paid first.
This disagreement escalated to the point that, Marop Dongrin was seen by Landlord Sultan Ngordit Akot and others on phone call and after a phone call ended, he immediately gave orders to the soldiers to seat down the workers and immediately one of his bodyguards shot the driver by name Agoth Bol Tac on his front head and died immediately while on the same note, one soldier shot Marop Dongrin at his arm through the stomach.
The soldier who shot Marop was caught by the remaining (8) soldiers who didn't shut at anybody and the rushed Marop Dongrin to kuajok hospital first and From there to Wau teaching hospital where he was taken to juba yesterday and unfortunately he died in juba.
The source whose the name withheld for anonymity was in the scene of incident and he manifested that, Marop Dongrin didn't think to shut at anybody, but he was likely given orders to do any necessary action ,he was given the orders to shut by someone who call him on a phone call. He concluded

✓. Kur Ajiing- CEO of Amuk co ltd who own the vehicles that were said to be brought to Juba.
✓. Maj- Gen. Kuek Akot Kuek, the Director of Combat operation (C.M.I) who dispatched troops from Juba to Kuajok on his orders to implement the interest of Amuk head office in Juba to forcefully bring cars to Juba yet they didn’t cleared the areas of their staffs in Kuajok. And the company (Amuk) is the subcontractor of ARC Company of Bol Mel. The presidential envoy of special programs.
Now these (7) soldiers are in (Griendy) the hqrs of 5th infantry Division along with three vehicles.
therefore, the soldiers are ordered to be arrested and brought back to kuajok from Wau. Where the incident happened for further investigations.
May his soul rest in peace 😭 including the driver who was also shot to death.
