Congratulations to Dut Mayor Reech on his Appointment as County Director of Culture, Youth and Sports--Yirol East County.
It is with great joy and pride that I take this opportunity to congratulate my dear brother, Dut Mayor Reech Beny, on his well-deserved appointment as County Director of Culture, Youth and Sports.
This appointment is not only a personal achievement, but also a new chapter of hope for the youth of Ciec. Your commitment, wisdom, and service to our community have always stood out, and I have full confidence that you will lead with integrity.
I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to the Lakes State Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hon. William Koji, for the trust and confidence placed in you, brother. Your decision reflects a belief in capable leadership that can inspire and unite our young people.
Your appointment has brought renewed hope to many Ciec youths. I am proud of you, my dear brother, and I believe that true peace can only be achieved through unity, culture, and active youth engagement — the very principles you represent.
I am hopeful that under your leadership, our county will move toward a more peaceful and prosperous future. I trust in your vision and leadership for our people. With gratitude and hope, we encourage you to continue promoting unity, peace, and opportunities for all Ciec Manyiel youths.
It is now my honor and privilege to thank you, my dear brother. May God guide you as you serve our county.
With gratitude and hope,
Benjamin Lion Chol,
Ciec proudly Son.
