Mr. Paulino Wanawilla, the action that caused the government of South Sudan losing or paying about $ USD 80,000,000 (Eighty million United states of America Dollars) in damages to Vivacell network at the International Chember of Commence (ICC). That reckless action that resulted to Gross misconduct that should have been questioned by the National Legislative Assembly (parliament) and possibly banned you from holding any public office.”
