In line with SPLA-IO Spokesman, SPLA-IO Sector three (3) 8th infantry division, would like to update the public on the coordinated attacks carried out by SSPDF and its allies since yesterday evening and continued this morning, but all those attacks were repulsed by SPLA-IO gallant forces which caused lost of lives and ammunition on the side of government forces.

This morning, the SSPDF elements namely Gen Wal Nyak, Gen Chuol Nguth in collaboration with two IG commissioners of Uror and dislodged Nyirol County Commissioner launched a coordinated attacks in IO control areas mainly Bhol, Goagoak and Pieri Payam the headquarters of Kuelnyanuor contonment leaving junior officer dead plus three wounded on SSPDF side, Nine (9) of them were captured alive, and they are currently safe at the custody of SPLA-IO. The following ammunition and weapons were captured and on good condition:
1. 2 machine guns , 2. 4 Ak-47, 3. 3 AK-47 boxes full boxes of bullets plus 5 missiles rocked Grenate.

Sector three leadership this morning issued a last warning to SSPDF leadership mainly SSPDF barrack of Waat and Yuai to refrain from provocative actacks or else, such an acts would mean declaration of full-scale war.

SPLA-IO Gallant force still maintains their positions but absolutely committed to protecting the civil population and continue creating an atmosphere that gives them freedom to carry out their duty as professional army.

DENOUNCEMENT OF JUBA BASED "PALM AFRICA HOTEL SPLM/A-IO FACTION".

On the 09/04/2025, Amb.Stephen Par Kuol and group betrayed the SPLM/A-IO. ANYA-NYA DIVISION command sat today and resolved the following;

1-Reaffirmed our commitment to standing with H.E Dr.Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, FVP of SSD and C-IN-C of SPLM/A-IO. In his incarcerated house arrest, the deputy chairman Gen.Nathaniel Oyet Pierino is in full control of the movement and it forces, not Amb.Par Kuol and the group.

2-We completely delink ourselves from Amb.Par kuol and the group. We are tired of betrayal since 2016 simply because of greediness for power and access to resources. We continue to stand for peace, not confusion !

3-We call for the release of Dr.Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, all political and military detainees for the full implementation of R-ARCSS.

4-We stand ready to defend the R-ARCSS should the Juba based regime decides to abrogate it.

Rejection of the coup in Juba

SPLA-IO NMF DIVISION in Equatoria has rejected the unilateral decision made by Hon Stephen Phar Kuol as the Interim Chairman of SPLM-IO with his fellow members who switched allegiances in Juba. I therefore instructed all forces under my command to distant themselves from such group with immediate effect.

Do here by declare my defection on 06/04/ 2025/from sspdf and joined the SPLMA-IO under able HE Riek machar teny dhurgon PhD chairman and commander in chief of the SPLMA-IO. the first vice president of the republic of south Sudan
The reason of my defection from sspdf are as follows
A) Salva kiir failed to implement the 2018 peace agreement which was hope for sspdf and others organized forces and all civil servants who went unpaid over the years and citizens South Sudan in general
😎 War crimes against civil population in Nasir and others places within the country by using foreigners troops to kill the same people who voted him in to office by using chemical weapons and so on
C) corruptions and shamesly selling away of south Sudan sovereignty to Uganda troops giving one soldier thousands of dollars to protect him and his closers
D) sspdf became carcools sellers to survive

My advice to my brother who remained under command of sspdf is that we fought since 2013 up to 2025 alongside sspdf,we thought we are siding government but at the end it appear that government does not belong to all of us,they are humanilating our communities in our presence and they aspect us not to say anything
what does it means ?
My last word to the people of south Sudan and my brothers in sspdf our problem is Salva kiir and the people around him, let us unite and get rate of this dictator regime it is shameful to see foreigners troops running up and down to protect our own government which we voted in to office,
if the government does not truth sspdf what are we there for we reclaim our sovereignty from foreigners of Salva and his in-law BOL Mel
