DENOUNCEMENT OF JUBA BASED "PALM AFRICA HOTEL SPLM/A-IO FACTION".

On the 09/04/2025, Amb.Stephen Par Kuol and group betrayed the SPLM/A-IO. ANYA-NYA DIVISION command sat today and resolved the following;

1-Reaffirmed our commitment to standing with H.E Dr.Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, FVP of SSD and C-IN-C of SPLM/A-IO. In his incarcerated house arrest, the deputy chairman Gen.Nathaniel Oyet Pierino is in full control of the movement and it forces, not Amb.Par Kuol and the group.

2-We completely delink ourselves from Amb.Par kuol and the group. We are tired of betrayal since 2016 simply because of greediness for power and access to resources. We continue to stand for peace, not confusion !

3-We call for the release of Dr.Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, all political and military detainees for the full implementation of R-ARCSS.

4-We stand ready to defend the R-ARCSS should the Juba based regime decides to abrogate it.

Rejection of the coup in Juba

SPLA-IO NMF DIVISION in Equatoria has rejected the unilateral decision made by Hon Stephen Phar Kuol as the Interim Chairman of SPLM-IO with his fellow members who switched allegiances in Juba. I therefore instructed all forces under my command to distant themselves from such group with immediate effect.

Do here by declare my defection on 06/04/ 2025/from sspdf and joined the SPLMA-IO under able HE Riek machar teny dhurgon PhD chairman and commander in chief of the SPLMA-IO. the first vice president of the republic of south Sudan
The reason of my defection from sspdf are as follows
A) Salva kiir failed to implement the 2018 peace agreement which was hope for sspdf and others organized forces and all civil servants who went unpaid over the years and citizens South Sudan in general
😎 War crimes against civil population in Nasir and others places within the country by using foreigners troops to kill the same people who voted him in to office by using chemical weapons and so on
C) corruptions and shamesly selling away of south Sudan sovereignty to Uganda troops giving one soldier thousands of dollars to protect him and his closers
D) sspdf became carcools sellers to survive

My advice to my brother who remained under command of sspdf is that we fought since 2013 up to 2025 alongside sspdf,we thought we are siding government but at the end it appear that government does not belong to all of us,they are humanilating our communities in our presence and they aspect us not to say anything
what does it means ?
My last word to the people of south Sudan and my brothers in sspdf our problem is Salva kiir and the people around him, let us unite and get rate of this dictator regime it is shameful to see foreigners troops running up and down to protect our own government which we voted in to office,
if the government does not truth sspdf what are we there for we reclaim our sovereignty from foreigners of Salva and his in-law BOL Mel

Statements of national mobile force division commander on the status of violations of R.Arcss and the detention of SPLM/A-IO C-N-C H.E Dr Riak Machar Teny Dhurgon at his residence in juba.
On behalf of SPLA-IO National mobile force division in Equatorial I would like to inform all peace partners, guarantors and international community that the SSPDF and SPLM- IG has gone as far as violated the A-ARCSS to the maximum stage.
SPLA-IO military leadership has waited for so long for the peace partners guarantors and international community to intervene and break the deadlock to de-escalate the conflict but SSPDF continues its aggressive attack to our contoment site and even attacked the necessary unified forces in their training center and dislodged them out of their areas.
I therefore request IGAD AU, UN and other peace partners to persuade the SSPDF and SPLM-IG to immediately release H.E Dr Riak Machar Teny Dhurgon from house arrest and communicate with us to confirm his health status and all prisoners who were detained by SSPDF and NSS in juba as soon as possible, otherwise I will take military action to release the chairman and commander in chief of SPLM/A IO with all the arrested camdres.

For your here as the chronological order of notation made by SSPDF to our forces in the republic of South Sudan 🇸🇸 from February- march 2025:
1- panyier military training center was attacked by SSPDF on 27/ 03/ 2025 at 10pm.
Brig gen. Peter wal chuol was dislodged with his forces in the center.
2-Rejay police training center in juba was attacked by SSPDF and UPDF on 26/03/2025 at 4:00-7:00am all the organised forces in Rejay were dislodged out from their areas centre.
3- Rambur senior police training center in Juba was attacked by UPDF on 25/03/2025 at 3:00pm all the senior officers with their small units of protection forces were dislodged from centre.
4- wunaliet contonment site of SPLA-IO sector HQS and C-N-C tiger 🐅 division in juba was Bombardment by military antonor and gunship on 29/03/2025 at 7:00pm and attacked by SSPDF and UPDF on 25/03/2025 at 4:00-6:00am used military tanks and armered vehicles 🚗 of UPDF and dislodged the SPLA-IO forces in the contonment site.
5- Nasir county was invaded by SSPDF forces form malakal used barges with heavy artillery and UPDF Bombarment the civilians used sanctions chemical for a month from 25/02/2025-25/03/2025, which resulted to death of childrens, women, and aged people in four 4️⃣ counties normally in upper nile state this is unacceptable human rights violations in the present of UNMISS and international community without responded to death of innocent population.
6- emulated dismissal of wearing equatorial governor and the national minster of health by the president without consultation to SPLA-IO party the attack to the residents of the governor in yambio and continued attack to SPLA-IO forces in Rirangu contonment site was totally violated by SSPDF on 12/02/2025 at 6:00am.
7- attacks of SPLA-IO forces in jut rivers county western bhar el gazhal state on 02/02/2025.

Finally the unilateral detention of SPLM-IO political post elders and military leaders and officers by the SSPDF and NSS was cleared dishonoured the 2018 peace agreement the detention of Hon: puot kang chuol minister of petroleum and other officers without warrants arrested national figures is not acceptable.
The arrest of acting chief of staff of SPLA-IO general Gabrial duop lam was totally a declaration of war against SPLA-IO forces.

The unilateral replacement of SPLA-IO Acting chief of staff with SSPDF CDF Assistant of IG gen Koang gstkuoth kerjiok without concern of SPLA-IO leadership is an intentional to divide our forces and makings coup against the SPLA-IO commander in chief his appointment to acting chief of staff SPLA-IO is rejected as it was made by the SSPDF and SPLM-IG and not SPLA-IO leadership:

We are few days away from completing five (5) full years since the R-ARCSS was signed. Its unfortunate that despite all these years, the country still lacks a National Army to be proud of.

1. The NUF which were supposed to lead the way as First Batch are still stuck in the training centres due to many negative factors including lack of political will, tribalism, regionalism, lack of trust, ETC.

2. The Unified Command still work along party lines.

3. The slogan used by the army and all the other organised forces is still a Party slogan (Oyee) thus reducing the Army to a party army rather than a National Army that serves all the people of South Sudan regardless of their affiliation.

The SPLA-IO will be making a recap of the achievements and the challenges of the Security Arrangements since the agreement was signed. Peace ✌.
