This radio station was established to empower agriculture activities, report on environmental effect and wildlife conservation.

Panyijiar County is facing worse catastrophic flooding amid rainy season. Local authorities has reported Ganyiel and Nyiel were simulteniously submerged by water which displaced many people from their homes. Some photos shared online about submerged homes shown unprecedented devastating situation.

Radio Miraya quoted Panyijiar County Commissioner Gabriel Majok Bol who said "people from the main towns of Ganyiel and Nyiel are moving to higher ground as rising river waters and heavy rains continue to submerge the area."

The Governor of Unity State Justice Riek Bim Top has visted agriculture farms in Norkur village on Saturday to assess farming progress.The State government launched an agriculture project last years to boost local food production. Press united reported that "Nortikur 200-hectare farm is now a centre for job opportunities. 330 workers have now been employed within the farm."

Local authorities in Mayendit County has been reported stormed national NGO compound known as Climate Change Adaptation for Smart Action on Tuesday, and forcefully took one vehicle. CCASA Executive Director Thor Youanes says authorities took their vehicle use on the income generation activities without genuine reason. The vehicle was donated by USAID Shejasalam last year. Thor slammed local authorities's decision. He called it unacceptable intimidation that undermined humanitarian organisations effort to save lives. It is not the first time corruption allegations has been reporting in Mayendit County. Several incidents related corruption were outrageous since last year.

The local farmers in Unity State urged the government of South Sudan to provide agricultural tools, seeds and necessary land for farming to eradicate hunger to end unnecessary humanitarian independence. Tapitha Nyakuer Patai mother of four says farming should be prioritised as the best tool to save lives in South Sudan. Jikany community in Guit county petitions GPOC oil company on Monday over unfair employment in the jobs opportunities. The statement says the areas in Unity oil field including Rubkona, Mayom, Guit and Ruweng Administrative Area. But Guit residents say GPOC sideline them despite about their demands to be given equal services.
