KCO Confirms 27 December Kick-off for 2026 - 2027 Kuac Community Olympic, Prioritizes Fund Mobilization

Preparations for 2026–2027 Kuac Community Olympic officially gathered momentum after the KCO Executive Committee confirmed that this year's tournament will kick off on 27 December 2026 in Wunkueldit Boma, Kuac West Payam, Gogrial West County, Warrap State.

The announcement came following an Executive Committee meeting held on Monday at Rio Hotel in Juba, where Executive met to finalize key preparations ahead of the annual sporting spectacle.

A major focus of meeting was fund and resource mobilization, with Executive discussing strategies to secure financial and material support from community members, partners, sponsors, and well-wishers. The committee emphasized that adequate funding will be vital in delivering a successful, competitive, and well-organized tournament.

The meeting was chaired by Ustaz Abiem Abiem Tong, alongside Deputy Chairperson Riak Lual Nyok, Secretary General Muong Akot Ngong, Secretary for Finance Bak Deng Chok, Deputy/Acting Spokesperson Deng Chol Ajiech, Logistics Officer Ayen Deng Agany, and Secretary for Planning and Coordinator Madol Chuor Kuot. The Executive reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring that 2026 - 2027 edition of KCO will becomes one of the most successful tournaments in the history of Kuac Ayok Community.

KCO Executive called on athletes, teams, supporters, community leaders, and development partners to rally behind the tournament as preparations intensify ahead of the 27 December 2026 opening ceremony in Wunkueldit Boma.

OFFICIAL NOTICE TO AGUOK KUEI COMMUNITY

This is to inform all members of Aguok Kuei who share information and represent our community using sectional names.

We urge everyone to conduct proper research and verify facts regarding the specific sections within Aguok before publishing or sharing any information.

For clarity and proper representation, Ngok is categorized into four (4) sections, namely:

1. Ngok Riau / Ngok Kuec
2. Ngok Abeyen / Ngok Lolkou / Ngok Guot-Anyiel
3. Tol-Anɔ̈k / Lual Mou
4. Ngok Ayaaric / Ngok Muordit / Pangong

Note:
There is no need to list the same section twice.
For example: Ngok Kuec is Ngok Riau.

Let us be responsible in representing our community.
We must ensure that all information shared is accurate, respectful, and factual.

Buoth Anyith Media had the honor of meeting with Amet Ater Mayen , the future leader of Kuac Ayok and South Sudan at large, during his attendance at the friendly match between AGUOK KUEI SPA 0-0 KUAC AYOK SPA held at Altra Barta Playground.

Amet Ater Mayen was present with his friend to show support for the youth and celebrate the spirit of unity through sports. He was warmly received by players, officials, and community members who gathered in large numbers.

Speaking at the event, he applauded both teams for their discipline and sportsmanship. He encouraged young people to continue using football as a platform for peace, talent development, and bringing communities together across Kuac Ayok and South Sudan.

The match ended in a 0-0 draw, but the energy and community pride on display made it a success for everyone involved.

Buoth Anyith Media commends Amet Ater Mayen for his leadership and commitment to the youth, and congratulates both AGUOK KUEI SPA and KUAC AYOK SPA for a peaceful and competitive match.

The Chairperson of Aguok Kuei Pupils and Students Association, Hon. Mawien Yac Yac, met with Buoth Anyith Media today at Altra Barta Playground during the friendly match between AGUOK KUEI SPA VS KUAC AYOK SPA.

In a show of true leadership, Hon. Mawien Yac Yac joined the spirit of the game and tried hard to struggle and score for Aguok Kuei, but the defense stood firm. He commended both teams for their discipline and unity, and thanked Buoth Anyith Media for promoting sports and peace in Kuajok.

The Aguok Kuei Pupils and Students Association in Kuajok is proud to announce a successful engagement led by the *Secretary General, Cde. Kuau Kuau Mel, together with Buoth Anyith Media, following the friendly match held today at Altra Barta Playground in Kuajok.

The match between AGUOK KUEI SPA and KUAC AYOK SPA ended in a peaceful and competitive 0 - 0 FULL TIME draw. More than the result, the game was a true celebration of unity, respect, and community spirit. Both teams played with discipline and determination, while supporters from both sides filled the playground with energy, cheers, and a shared love for sports.

In his remarks during the meeting with Buoth Anyith Media , Cde. Kuau Kuau Mel commended the players and fans of both communities for upholding the values of brotherhood and peaceful coexistence. He emphasized that such engagements are important platforms for young people to showcase talent, build relationships, and promote the name of Aguok Kuei and Kuac Ayok with pride.
