Breaking News:
President Salva Kiir has made mini reshuffle in his government.
In a series of decrees read on state television SSBC this evening.
President Kiir relieved Emmanuel Primo Okello as Governor of Western Bhar El-Ghazal state and appointed Sherif Daniel Sherif as the new governor.
He also removed Taban Abel as Deputy Commissioner of the South Sudan Revenue Authority, replacing him with John Madiing.
In another decree, the President reshuffled his cabinet. Dr. Wek Mamer was relieved from his post as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs and appointed Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Joseph Geng Akec was removed from the Ministry of Sport and Youth, and appointed as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, and Mary Nawai as Minister of Youth and Sports from her position as the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs.
