This goes to Promoter's, Events Organiser and Venue Owners including why is it easy for you to book a venue print posters and Banners for your event even pay Radio and tv stations to advertise your event.

But the only problem you have is to pay artist, Mcs and DJs? Whatever loses you incur in during or after the event is none of the artiste fault if you can't handle organizing an event financially don't start it
