𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘇 Santino Wol Aguer Reech alias "Bluedog "𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿
Ustaz Santino Wol Aguer Reech popularly known as “Blue Dogg,” represents a new generation of South Sudanese leaders who blend scholarship with service. His journey is a testament to resilience, vision, and the transformative power of education.
An alumnus of the University of Bahr El Ghazal, Ustaz Santino holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, a foundation that launched his lifelong commitment to teaching and youth empowerment. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Policy, with a concentration in Leadership and Management at the School of Public Service, University of Juba — sharpening the tools he needs to shape policy and institutions in South Sudan.
In academia, he serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Juba, where he mentors future teachers and advocates for quality, values-based learning. His classroom extends beyond campus walls. As the Principal of Liberty Complex School in Juba, he leads with a simple creed: discipline, excellence, and character.
Ustaz Santino’s leadership record runs deep. He is the former Director of Grinti Science and Technology in Wau, where he championed innovation and practical skills for young people. He also served as Youth Chairperson of the Warrap State Youth Union, mobilizing his peers around peace, education, and civic responsibility.
Colleagues describe him as principled and accessible — a “teacher of teachers” who listens first and leads by example. Students know him as a firm but compassionate mentor who insists that knowledge must serve the community.
From lecture halls to school assemblies, from youth forums to policy seminars, Ustaz Santino Wol Aguer Reech is building South Sudan one mind at a time. His alias, “Blue Dogg,” reflects loyalty, courage, and tenacity — qualities he brings to every role.
His story reminds us: the future of our nation will be written in classrooms, and it will be led by those who never stop learning.
