TWIC MAYARDIT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION – NAIROBI, KENYA 🇰🇪
PUBLIC UPDATE & APPEAL FOR SUPPORT
Supporting Arual Ring Majok and Her Three Surviving Children
23 August 2026
The Twic Mayardit Community Association–Nairobi extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has supported Arual Ring Majok and her children through prayers, donations, and encouragement during this difficult period.
Arual was admitted to Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH), Nairobi, in April 2026 following a high-risk pregnancy. She gave birth prematurely to quadruplets, who received intensive medical care and remained under hospital care for about three months.
Sadly, one of the four children passed away on 10 August 2026. We are grateful that Arual and her three surviving children are currently doing well. However, they remain in hospital as the outstanding medical bills must be cleared before discharge.
With the generous support of an anonymous well-wisher, individuals, groups, communities, and organizations, KSh 4.62 million (approximately US$35,000) has already been paid toward the hospital account.
After discussions with the hospital management, the bill for the child who passed away was reduced from KSh 3 million to KSh 1.62 million.
The family still requires KSh 2.8 million to settle the remaining obligations, including KSh 1.2 million needed for the discharge of Arual and her three surviving children.
We humbly appeal to the South Sudanese community, friends, organizations, and well-wishers to continue supporting this family. Every contribution can help bring Arual and her children closer to returning home.
