I'm so excited and grateful to God that I have finally submitted my research dissertation today on the 3rd. july.2026 to the School of Business and Management, University of Juba.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to my supervisor, Alier Samuel Pareng for his countless work throughout this research project.

My appreciation also goes to my uncle, Machar M. Agoot, brothers, friends and relatives for their financial and moral support throughout my studies. their encouragement inspired me to work hard and complete this research project successfully.

Message to the People of Kolnyang Payam and Chuei Keer Payam

Dear brothers and sisters of Kolnyang Payam and Chuei Keer Payam,

The establishment of Gak Payam for the communities of Gol and Adol is a significant milestone that deserves to be celebrated. However, this administrative development should never be interpreted as a separation of our brotherhood and sisterhood. Our shared history, culture, and family ties remain as strong as ever.

Just as every child is encouraged to establish an independent home while continuing to honour and respect their parents' home, the creation of Gak Payam represents growth and progress—not division. It is an opportunity to strengthen local administration while preserving the unity that has always bound us together.

I therefore encourage our brothers and sisters in Kolnyang Payam and Chuei Keer Payam to stand with the people of Gol and Adol during their celebration. Let us continue to support one another, promote peace, and work together for the development of all our communities.

We remain one people under the shared heritage of Jur Hol or Greater Kolnyang. May this new chapter inspire greater cooperation, mutual respect, and lasting unity among us all.

My Heartfelt Appreciation

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Governor of Jonglei State and the Commissioner of Bor County for their visionary leadership and commitment to bringing services closer to the people through the establishment of five new Payams in Bor County: Kolmarek Payam, Akuai Deng Payam, Mathiang Payam, Tong Payam, and Gak Payam.

This important decision marks a significant step toward strengthening local governance, improving service delivery, and promoting inclusive development across Bor County. It reflects the leadership's willingness to listen to the aspirations of the communities and respond positively to their needs.

I also appeal to the communities that have been granted these new Payams to embrace this opportunity by promoting peace, unity, and sustainable development within their respective administrative units. Let us work together in harmony to ensure that these new Payams become centers of progress, cooperation, and prosperity for all.

May God bless the people of Bor County, Jonglei State, and the Republic of South Sudan
