Salam FC Aweil signs 5 new players to two-year contracts

Salam FC Aweil has officially signed five players to two-year contracts to boost their squad for the second edition of the South Sudan Premier League.

The new signees are Samuel Lemi and Victor Sebit from Mission FC of Yei, Anguei Deng Macham, Wilson Mandela from Atlabara FC (Yei), and Monydeng Akuith from Uganda Academy.

Jamus SC were crowned champions of the inaugural 2024–25 South Sudan Premier League, wrapping up their season unbeaten. They finished with 68 points from 26 matches (21 wins, 5 draws), sealing the title in a dominant 5–1 win over Al Hilal FC Wau at Juba National Stadium. This win caps a season that also saw them lift the Super Cup and Zain Cup, and qualifies them for the 2025–26 CAF Champions League and the CECAFA Dar Port Kigame Cup.
