We celebrate Rev father Dr Martin Ochaya Lino And His Lordship Santo Laku Pio who were ordained priests 7 January 2001
Fr Martin Ochaya Lino Agweilla, an Acholi, the son of Lino Ocitti Agwella, road engineer, and of Jacinta Adongi Lino. Was born in Kampala, on 11 November, 1969. He attended primary classes at Pajok and Torit (1978-84), intermediate at Palotaka and St. Martin's Bros. Kit (1985-89), and secondary at Juba Day (1988-90). Не then joined Juba University and graduated in Economics. In 1997 he was accepted to St Paul's Major Seminary Khartoum in the course of Theology, obtaining a "magna cm laude" B. Th. degree. He was then ordained a priest for Juba Archdiocese, by Late Archbishop. Paolino Lukudu Loro, at St Theresa’s Cathedral Kator on 7 January 2001. His first assignment was assistant parish priest of Juba cathedral, in 2002 he was shifted to St. Joseph Juba as diocesan Youth Chaplain there after served different assignments within parishes and Curia office father Martin Ochaya currently holds PHD and parish priest of st Kizito’s parish
In December 2024 he was appointed the secretary of Sudan and South Sudan bishops conference.
Santo Loku Pio Doggale, a Bari son of Pio Doggale Pitiya and of Santina Juan Rombe, was born in Katire on December 28, 1969. From 1977 to 1985, he passed through basic education in Katire, Kworijik and Kator; he attended the intermediate and secondary classes in St. Mary's senior seminary in Juba (1986-93), and finally Orientation, Philosophy and Theology in St. Paul's Major Seminary Khartoum. (1993-2000). He was ordained a priest for Juba Archdiocese, by Archbishop. Paolino Lukudu Loro at juba on January 7. 2001. He was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Catholic Archdiocese of Juba on 27th November 2010 and consecrated as bishop on 20 Feb. 2011.
Bishop Santo was also appointed Titular See of Equizetum 27th November during his announcement as Auxiliary Bishop of Juba
